The City of Spring Hill is committed to providing a not-for-profit utility service of safe, clean, quality water, efficient sanitary sewer, and dependable trash collection and curbside recycling.

Utility statements are mailed the last working day of each month and are due upon receipt. Walk-in payments may be made at City Hall during normal business hours by cash, check or money order. A drop-box is available outside of City Hall for convenience and after-hours payments. Do not leave cash in the drop box. Additionally, payments can be mailed to PO Box 424, Spring Hill, KS 66083. Do not send cash through the mail.

Water utilities are in default and/or past due if not paid on or before the 15th of each month. If payment is not received by the 15th of any month, a penalty fee of 10% of the current water amount will be added to the account balance and a delinquent notice will be mailed.
