The Parks Department has three full-time employees who provide grounds maintenance and lanscaping of the following City-owned properties:  City Hall, the Civic Center, the Community Center, the North and South Welcome signs, City roadsides and other miscellaneous locations.  They are also responsible for landscaping and repairs of the City's six parks:  City Square Park, Melvin Murray Park, Celia Dayton Park, Blackhawk Park, Friednship Park, and the Village Park.
