Sealed bids will be received at City Hall, 401 N. Madison, P.O. Box 424, Spring Hill, KS 66083 until 
10:00 a.m. on April 5, 2012 for the 2012 Micro Seal Project within the City of Spring Hill, Kansas.  Bids received after the above designated time will be returned unopened. 

Interested parties may print and submit the attached 2012 Micro Seal Bid Packet prior to the above stated date and time. Contract documents and specifications may also be obtained at City Hall. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the "Instructions to Bidders, " Section ITB, attached to this Invitation in sealed envelopes and marked "2012 Micro Seal Project".
