Emergency Services

All of the Spring Hill community has access to emergency services by dialing 9-1-1. The dispatcher receiving the call will route the information to the appropriate department.

Full-time officers provide police protection within the City of Spring Hill. The department is located at 302 North Jefferson. A School Resource Officer works with the school district and provides a Drug Abuse Resistance Education program.

Johnson and Miami County Sheriff's Departments patrol the areas outside the city limits. A mutual aid agreement with the city allows for joint responses when they are needed.

All of the fire and emergency medical services in the Spring Hill area are provided by Johnson County Fire District No. 2. The department provides service in the city and surrounding areas with a station at 20500 West 207th. When needed, Johnson County Med-Act, Miami County Emergency Medical Services and air ambulance services are also called upon. On a 24-hour basis, the department operates four stations with full-time firefighters/EMTs.
