This building is available to rent. It will seat 125 people and accommodate 300. 

Fees are:

Persons renting the building are responsible for cleaning. Deposits will be refunded if the building is in good order after rental. Contact the Civic Center, (913) 592-2304, to reserve the building.

Renovated from a former elementary school, the center provides rental spaces for community and commercial uses. It also houses the Johnson County Nutrition Center providing congregate meals for senior citizens. Rates vary depending on the length of the event and space required. The facility includes meeting space, a banquet facility, outdoor grounds and a gymnasium. The Spring Hill Multi-Service Center and the City operate the facility.
